I want to let all of my visitors, guests, family and friends know our status here in Wyoming with the COVID19 crisis.
We here in Wyoming have seen 160 cases of Covid19, with only 1 case in Park County where we are located. The one case has completely recovered and we have seen no deaths in Wyoming related to COVID19. Thank you Lord!
Wyoming is naturally socially distanced from the world due to our unique location. Wyoming has only a little over half a million people in the state and it is very rural except for the populated cities such as Cheyenne, Casper, Jackson Hole, Cody, and so forth.
Our current situation in Wyoming stands at 160 cases and only one here in the Cody area who has recovered from the virus. We expect the cases in Wyoming to rise slightly like the entire country but with the lockdown status of the nation, but we are being very careful and not allowing guests to stay with us who are from out of state at this time.
I want to ensure my current booked guests that we are taking extra cleaning precautions and that all of our residences will be completely sanitized prior to another guest coming into the houses to ensure that no one is recklessly exposed to any viruses.
We understand the fears and health threats that are currently surrounding our world and we want to ensure that all of our guests understand that we are relaxing our cancellation policies in order to give people the peace of mind that they will not be charged a reservation that they cannot use due to this outbreak. If you need to cancel and you are within the 30 day window, please contact me and let me know that you are experiencing a hardship and I will work with you to cancel that reservation and get your deposit refunded as soon as humanly possible.
On that note, please understand that with the overwhelming cancellations across the world, Credit Card companies are taking longer than expected to refund customer accounts. I refund the cancellation the same day as I receive it, but I also had to cancel two trips this spring almost two weeks ago and my credit has yet to be posted to my account.
If you must cancel, I completely understand and will do what I can to get your refund of your deposit to you as fast as possible. If there is anything that I can do for you, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do what I can to help you reschedule, cancel or whatever you need to take care of you.
Please be safe, stay healthy and know that I care about you and your families and will pray for this disaster to end soon so that we can go on with our lives.
